Purchase. Packages are non-refundable.

Waiver. All students must sign a waiver of liability and terms and conditions before their first session. The form can be signed before class.

Expiration Dates. The 2, 4, and 6 Session Packages expire 3 months from the date of purchase. The 1 Session offer expires 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy. Scheduled sessions must be canceled with 48-hours advanced, written notice by email to hello@rowenamittalyoga.com in order for the session to retain its value and expiration date. No refund is available for cancellations within 48-hours of the scheduled session.

Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy. Student must email hello@rowenamittalyoga.com to schedule or reschedule canceled class(es) before the package’s expiration date.  There are no reservations or cancellations by phone. Sessions are available for booking with at least 7 days notice. Scheduled sessions are subject to change at any time by RMY for any reason; in this case, RMY will email student as soon as possible with notification of change and need to reschedule session.

Transfers. Packages are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. If you are purchasing the package as a gift, you must provide the recipient’s name at the point of purchase. 

No Show Policy. If no one shows up for a scheduled session, no refund is available for the session.

Service. RMY reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.  RMY is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rates. Sessions, Packages, and Specials listings are subject to change at any time.
