Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

Rowena offers 30 or 60 minute yoga classes tailored to your needs 1:1, 1:2, or in groups of 3 or more. She teaches to all bodies, abilities, and levels including: experienced, beginner, accessible, yoga for seniors, chair yoga, office yoga, yoga for corporate wellness, yoga for corporate leadership, preconception, IVF, prenatal, postnatal, chronic pain management, injury management, and surgical recovery.

Applied Yoga Mentorship
​
Mentorship is for teachers or students who would like to develop equanimity and nourishment in their lives or relationships through the lens of yoga philosophy with hands-on, action-based practice (kriya yoga). Mentees will have weekly or bi-weekly 30-min 1:1s with Rowena via phone or video call to learn, discuss, apply, and reflect upon practice of applied yoga philosophy.

Studio Locations
​
In-studio sessions are held at Mobu Dance Church St, Mobu Dance Day St, Yoga Flow SF Noe, or Lotusland Yoga SF depending on availability. Rowena sends calendar invites as confirmation of date and location.
Virtual Logistics​
​
Online sessions are held via Google Meet. Rowena sends calendar invites with meeting link as confirmation of date and time.

Frequency
Practice at a frequency of 1x to 2x/week is recommended in order to leverage neuroplasticity and witness physiological changes.
Medical Claims, HSA/FSA
Rowena can provide invoices for medical claims upon request. HSA/FSA payments coming soon...
Rates
The following rates apply to in-studio and virtual sessions, as well as all modalities of yoga study - asana, pranayama, dhyana, and mentorship. Please inquire about rates for 2:1 friends/partners or private group/family rates.

Single session (60 min): $200/session (Expires 2 months)

5-session package: $900 ($180/session, 10% discount, expires 4 months)

Session(s) or packages expire from date of purchase as described under "Rates." The expiration date will be included in payment confirmation email. Session(s) or packages cannot be returned or refunded. Purchased session(s) or packages are personal to the purchaser and are not assignable or transferrable. As a sole practitioner with a schedule of clients and studios, session cancellations must be made in writing to Rowena by email or text at least 48 hours in advance for a refunded balance (except in emergencies).
