Learn skills that last a lifetime of yoga practice on and off the mat. Gain breath, relief, strength, endurance, mobility, peace, confidence, ease and knowledge. I offer 60 minute yoga classes tailored to your needs 1:1, 1:2, or in groups of 3 or more.


Practice at a beautiful, clean private yoga studio (all-inclusive, just show up ready to move!) in Mission Dolores, NOPA, Marina, Financial District, Ingleside or North Beach. Or weather permitting, practice at a public beach or park in SF -- bring your own mat/props. Great for personal growth, dates w a friend or loved one, gifts, vacations/staycations. Celebrate birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, bachelor/ettes, reunions, holidays.


Meet your goals, pick your preferred learning method. Pick the Flow format or Yoga School format. The Flow format is 60 minutes of personalized yoga & meditation with coaching. The Yoga School format is 30 minutes of personalized yoga & meditation with coaching and 30 minutes of lecture, handouts/notes to keep, discussion, and Q/A. Yoga School format is great for yogis who want to deepen their studies but do not have the time for 200-hour yoga teacher training intensives. Sample programs:

  • Start. Yoga 101. Learn the basic vinyasa poses/names and transitions. Walk away ready to flow in any all levels public vinaysa class. Refine chaturanga/halfway down pushup, bring ease to downward facing dog/ado muka svanasana, gain strength, grow mobility, know what to do when the teacher offers, "crow pose/bakasana," find grounding in corpse pose/savasana, and more.

  • Advance. Gain skills, tips & tricks to flow in any advanced/level 2-3 public classes. Land crow, get to handstand, find nirvana in bird of paradise. Discover the modifications and exercises that grow advanced poses in your body. 

  • Study. Philosophy 101 - Demystify yoga philosophy, history, and theory in a modern context. What is yoga? What are the 8-limbs of yoga practice? Chakras? Sutras? What does Om mean? What's with the chanting? Learn how philosophy facilitates physical & mental yoga practice.

  • Nerd out. Anatomy 101 - Understand what happens in the musculoskeletal system and nervous system in vinyasa or yin poses. Understand alignment & injury prevention.

  • Ease. Learn modifications to bring ease to poses you've found challenging or painful, or, learn how to bring back the breath in challenging classes or seemingly constricted poses. 

  • Restore. Learn yin/restorative poses, somatic movement, and breathing exercises you can do at home or during public classes to ease pain and stress on the mind and body.

  • Clarify. Learn techniques on the path to meditation. Build a daily or longer meditation practice.

How does it work?

  1. Email to schedule a 10 min phone consultation to discuss your goals, schedule, class format, and location preferences. Locations include a private yoga studio near you in Mission Dolores, NOPA, Financial District, Ingleside or North Beach; or a public beach or park in SF.

  2. After our consultation, I schedule the session(s) and send a booking confirmation/calendar invitation including the address of the location. To reserve, purchase your session(s) via Venmo or Paypal.

  3. I create your personalized program and for Yoga School, course material for you to take home and keep! 

  4. Yoga!


Note: Sessions are non-refundable. Scheduled sessions have a cancellation policy of 48-hours advanced, written notice by email. Canceled sessions can be rescheduled before the expiration date. Please review the complete Terms and Conditions.
