Cancellation Policy

All reservations may be rescheduled or canceled online no later than 24 hours in advance to maintain a balance. Memberships do not roll over unused sessions. In all other cases, such as late cancel or no show, sessions are paid in full, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
